CRC Mortgages had a nuanced problem: they needed to reach people with complex, bespoke mortgage needs --- not the straightforward applications that any broker could handle. They also wanted to engage younger demographics who were choosing to rent rather than explore home ownership.

The Problem

CRC Mortgages had a nuanced problem: they needed to reach people with complex, bespoke mortgage needs --- not the straightforward applications that any broker could handle. They also wanted to engage younger demographics who were choosing to rent rather than explore home ownership.

What We Did

We created a social media series called "What Does Home Mean to You?" --- taking to the streets of Liverpool during summer to capture authentic, emotional responses from locals and travellers of all ages. The interviews naturally surfaced the fears and misconceptions that Chris at CRC could then address in separate talking-head response videos, positioning him as the approachable expert.

The Outcome

The outcome was increased brand awareness, a measurable uplift in enquiries for complex mortgage applications, and engagement from younger demographics exploring their first steps onto the property ladder.
