The Costello Group is an award-winning UK manufacturer of luxury electric fireplaces, recognised by the British Institute of Interior Design and trusted by over 500 verified customers on Trustpilot. They had their website redesigned by a larger, supposedly more experienced agency --- but the SEO migration was handled so poorly that their organic traffic collapsed. This happened one month before Black Friday.

What We Did

We were brought in to rescue the situation. We completed a proper technical SEO migration, restoring their traffic to pre-migration levels just in time for the most important sales period of the year. That intervention alone saved over £100,000 in Black Friday revenue that simply would not have materialised given the traffic drop-off. We then redesigned and developed a fully custom e-commerce website that positioned them as the premium electric fireplace brand they are --- with high-end visual assets, strategic product photography, and conversion-optimised page layouts.

Within one year of launching the new site, organic traffic increased by 40%, driving an additional £250,000 in online revenue compared to the previous year. We also produced their B2B and consumer brochures, and continue to provide strategic visual content for their website and social channels.
