Bespoke Fireplaces (The Costello Group) - The Black Friday Rescue

The Problem

The Costello Group is an award-winning UK manufacturer of luxury electric fireplaces, recognised by the British Institute of Interior Design and trusted by over 500 verified customers on Trustpilot. They had their website redesigned by a larger, supposedly more experienced agency --- but the SEO migration was handled so poorly that their organic traffic collapsed. This happened one month before Black Friday.

What We Did

We completed a technical SEO migration and then designed and developed a custom e-commerce website. The work included product photography, visual assets and page layouts that help customers explore the fireplace range.

The Outcome

The finished work brought the e-commerce website, B2B and consumer brochures, product photography and ongoing social content into a consistent presentation of the brand.
