E11 is an online and in-person training provider that was losing potential students because their sales process relied entirely on phone calls. The Problem
E11 is an online and in-person training provider that was losing potential students because their sales process relied entirely on phone calls. They had no way to sell courses online, no system to manage student records, and no mechanism for students to access their accreditations after completing a course.
What We Built
We built them a custom platform that transformed their business. The website allows students to browse and purchase courses online, integrates a full database of attendees, tracks course completion and accreditation status, and provides student logins so individuals can re-download their certificates whenever they need them. The back-end CRM gives E11's team complete visibility over their pipeline.
The Outcome
The outcome has been a significantly higher rate of course uptake, a vastly improved CRM system, and better tracking of course completion. The platform has moved the business forward dramatically and enabled them to develop and launch entirely new training courses.
