The Conscious Group - Only The Just
This project used every capability in our team. The Conscious Group needed to build a brand from scratch and launch it into the UK market within six months. They'd been burned by the fragmented approach of managing multiple freelancers and agencies, and they needed a single team that could handle everything --- brand identity, packaging, web development, Amazon, social --- under one roof with clear communication and weekly accountability.
The Problem
This project used every capability in our team. The Conscious Group needed to build a brand from scratch and launch it into the UK market within six months. They'd been burned by the fragmented approach of managing multiple freelancers and agencies, and they needed a single team that could handle everything --- brand identity, packaging, web development, Amazon, social --- under one roof with clear communication and weekly accountability.
What We Did
We took an agile, structured approach. Weekly stakeholder meetings. A clear production schedule that prioritised what needed to come first. A collaborative team environment that moved fast without sacrificing creative quality. We created the brand identity and voice guidelines, designed the product packaging and artwork, produced photorealistic 2D and 3D product renders, designed and developed a custom e-commerce website, created Amazon A+ listing content, and produced launch social media assets.
The Outcome
For Only The Just, we brought strategy, design, development and content together for the UK launch. The project combined a brand identity, e-commerce website and launch assets within one coordinated brief.
